1. What products does Myridian sell?

Myridian offers outdoor camping products and practical outdoor tools, including outdoor folding tables and chairs, camping lights, coolers, barbecue racks, mosquito repellent products, and other outdoor accessories.


2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


3. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, product availability, and logistics conditions.

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs inspection, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information.


4. How can I track my order?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, parts, and labels included.
